We have not published an Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) registration number. Whether the company must register, and any register entry, needs to be confirmed by the business.

This marketing website is small. We only expect to handle the information you choose to send us, plus limited technical data created when a browser requests a page.

Depending on how you contact us, that may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Organisation name, if you provide it
• The subject and content of your message
• Any other details you include in an email or other message

The on-site contact form collects name, email, optional organisation, enquiry type and message in your browser. Those fields are not submitted to our servers or to a form provider at present. Until that changes, using the form does not send your details to us. Please email contact@mbock-group.com if you want us to receive the enquiry.

We do not run account registration, newsletters, payments, or live chat on this website.

• Directly from you, when you email us or otherwise send a message.
• Automatically, when your browser requests pages. A hosting provider typically records technical request data such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. The production host for this site is not named in this repository (Hosting platform is not declared in this repository. Confirm the production host (and any CDN) before naming it in the privacy notice.).
• If you follow a link to LinkedIn or GitHub, those services collect information under their own policies. We do not control that collection.

Where UK data protection law applies, we expect to rely on the following bases. The exact basis for a particular activity should be confirmed with the company's adviser.

• Responding to enquiries — so we can reply and, where relevant, take steps toward a possible contract (legitimate interests and/or steps prior to entering a contract).
• Operating the website — serving pages and keeping the site available (legitimate interests).
• Legal obligations — if we must keep records or respond to a lawful request.

We do not currently use this website for advertising profiles, automated decision-making that produces legal effects, or sale of personal data.

Information you send by email is used to:

• Understand and respond to your enquiry
• Continue a conversation about products or services if that is what you asked for
• Keep a record of the correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to that matter

We do not use website enquiries to add you to a marketing list unless you have clearly asked for that, which this site does not currently offer.

A fixed retention schedule has not been published. In practice, enquiry emails are kept while they remain needed to handle the request and any related follow-up, and then deleted or archived according to ordinary business email practice.

Technical logs, if created by a host, are retained according to that host's settings. Confirm those periods once the production host is recorded.

We do not sell personal information. We do not currently send website form data to a CRM, newsletter tool, or analytics vendor because those integrations are not installed.

When you email us, your message is processed by whatever email systems you and we use. Those systems are not listed here because they are not configured in this website's code.

If a hosting provider, CDN, or email platform is later connected, it will be recorded in the site's data-processing configuration and this notice will be updated. Until then we will not name hypothetical vendors.

International transfers depend on where those systems are hosted. That has not been confirmed for this website. If transfers outside the UK occur, we will describe the mechanism used (for example, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or other lawful safeguard) once it is known.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps appropriate to a small professional website — including using HTTPS where the host provides it and not exposing secrets in this frontend. No website can promise that information will never be lost, altered, or accessed without authorisation.

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
